Stockyards Championship Rodeo at the Cowtown Coliseum
The Stockyards Championship Rodeo is home of the world’s first indoor rodeo. The rodeo features timed events such as tie-down roping, breakaway roping, team roping and barrel racing. It also offers the excitement of rough stock events like bull riding, bronc riding, bareback and ranch saddle bronc riding. It is the world’s only year-round rodeo. Rodeos are held nearly every Friday and Saturday night. The doors open at 6:00 pm; the rodeo starts at 7:30 pm. Performances last 1.5-2 hours depending on the number of contestants. The Fort Worth Herd
The world’s only daily cattle drive is held twice daily at 11:30am and 4:00pm on Exchange Ave and running right in front of the historic Livestock Exchange building.
